We're sorry you experienced a problem with our software. We created this page to accelerate the process of creating reliable and valued software for our customers. Please use the form below to register the problem you encountered whilst using the software. We will try to reporduce the same error and figure out what went wrong. We know it can be frustrating and we hate bugs just as much as you. We make it our top priority to resolve any issues within the code as fast as we can and are deploying updated builds all the time.

So what do we need to know.

Please take the time to read the suggestions we've made below. Following these guidlines when you report your bug help to ensure that we are able to reproduce and resolve the bug once & for all. If we can't reporduce the problem you experienced, we may try to get in touch with you in a quest to better understand what circumstances may have contributed to the bug.

Help us to resolve bugs faster by:

• being precise - tell us exactly what happened, what were you trying to do, what error occured, what message was displayed?
• being clear - explain it so that we can reproduce the bug, include system details e.g. were you using a Mac or Windows PC?
• staying specific - only one bug per report
• being thorough - no bug is too trivial to report - small bugs may hide big bugs
• sticking to facts - clearly separate fact from speculation

• Good: "Cancelling a File Upload dialog when creating a meeting crashes Flash Plugin on my Mac running Safari browser"
• Bad: "Software crashes"
• Bad: "Software should work on my computer"
